introspection

feeling
a little
quiet
over here.
seems
like
i am not
the only one...
i am at
a loss for
words
lately...
feeling
introspective.
perhaps
i always
feel this way
with the
change of seasons.

so much to do.
so much that
i am behind on...

lots of
changes
in
blogland
make me
wonder
about
the public me
and
the private me...
the person
i think that
i am
and
the person that
i am...
miss old friends
that are
far away
but am
so grateful
for connecting
with friends
i didn't
realize
were
there all
along.

thank you
all
for being there.
thanks
for being
patient
with me.

until tomorrow.

{ubu makes me smile}

i had just been thinking how if you didn't post soon i was going to send a roller-skating nurse with a pot of tea and a stuffed kitty to your office.

you know how they say that when you see a person everyday you sometimes don't notice change? well, i may have missed your introspective mood. or maybe i was in the same mood, so we connected... whatever it was (is), it is always good to walk out of the elevator and see your door open -- i missed you while you were crazy working in the molecular lab!!!

It's so good to look at the sky through the trees. Our blossom is a bit late this year, so I enjoyed seeing yours.

I agree that the seasonal change gets us thinking more. In a way I was glad I got so sick recently, it gave me time to think and, crucially, time to figure out that ethical bank post. I was so nervous, but now I am happy with it.

GINNEY...

I feel you....I am going thru one of those...bitter periods...where I feel like people are flakey, unreliable, fickle, and only pay attention when they want something...(present company excepted...)...I am frustrated too, because I am doing alot of work-study for someone who is job searching while they are here, and I should only be angry at myself for taking it on...as it is very distracting from work, and not why I came here....
....hang in there....sunnier, warmer times to come...metaphorically as well as weather-wise...(Christ, it may snow here tonite!!!)...
