long lists

you know
the days
when you
run
run
run
but at the
end of the
day
it doesn't
seem like
you got
anything
done?

i love
to make
lists
but so
rarely
check
things
off of
my lists.
i tend
to start projects
before i finish
old projects.
a bad habit.
many
a 3/4-finished
knitting project
sits
in my knitting
basket.
i cover it up
with new yarn
so
i don't
have to
look at it.

nothing
planned
for
this weekend...
i have
a huge stack
of lab reports
and
exams
to grade
by monday.
so
grub
{who has
a book to finish}
and i
are holing
ourselves
up for the
weekend
to
get sh*t done.
we will be
fueled by
belgium beer
and the
occasional
break
for
knitting
and
cooking.

. . . . .

i updated
my etsy
but
there is
a delay
on the
polaroid print front
{sorry!}
due to
issues
with prints.
i am not happy
with
the colors yet.

they should
be up
next friday.

have
a lovely weekend!
xo

belgium beer is sure to make your weekend a good one, even if you will be busy playing catch-up. and it's always fun to say "cheers" to getting things accomplished :)

i'm sure those polaroid prints will be lovely when you get them just the way you'd like.

I try not to write lists for reasons of not ticking them off...perhaps there should be a happy medium somewhere? Great to see some new bowls in the shop, looking forward to the polaroids. Hope you have a productive weekend!

Hope your weekend was a productive one and all those reports got marked. Did the beer help? xo lj

other than plenty of belgium beer, i cannot see how you would have gotten to those reports to grade... oh, wait. i DO know how you did it ;-)))

Yes, I know that day all too well. Best of luck with all that run, run, running. Perhaps a foot soak will help, that is should you be able to carve out a little time for one. No, you're right... best head straight to the Belgian beer.
take care, g

About which Belgian beer are we talking over here?
I guess Leffe (the dark one...) for Bugheart and Duvel for Grub?

Any one interested in the recipe of a "stoofpotje" enriched with Leffe?

Love your blog. You're on my favorites list. I visit you often. I love how you make polaroids so cool and artistic. I think we have an old camera. You've inspired me to try my hand at it!

Running and running are only offset by the crossing and crossing when you have a day off getting through your lists.

Beautiful photos to go with your post and enjoy the beer :)
