a fresh start


{saturday}

this weekend
was all about
guests and
heirloom
tomatoes.
we had many
visitors
and
we ate a lot
of tomatoes.
i love
heirloom
tomatoes.
with cheese.
with crostini.
with basil.
bring it on.


{sunday}


so the week
is fresh
with no mistakes
in it.
yet.
i remember that
saying from
anne of green gables,
one of my
favorite books
when i was
little.

i am hoping
this week
i will
be on time
and get
a lot done.
i hope...

oh oh oh - those tomatoes are to die for.... i also love the rest of the polas. i was going to say... fire escape, not grumpy you, sunset and radio but then realized that's all of them.

i always wonder, do you just get your polaroid camera out in the metro and shoot self-portraits and all? i tend to do that, but then again, you always seem like you care what people around would think of you... (which turns out not to be so true, but still... curious how you balance that!)

i love the way tomatoes look, but I can't eat them raw. I've always been jealous of the caprese salad, but this weekend I had a lovely salad that was mozzerella, basil, and ripe peaches! delicious!
