almost friday

last night
i was out
in the forest
late
collecting moths.
i realize that
early morning
field work
does not
go well
with late night
collecting.

i am pooped.
no matter how
much i love bugs...

it's doesn't
make me
a morning person.

that is why
i have
neglected you all
so...
i still
have photographs
of projects
to take
and
so many
blogs to visit...
forgive me.

here is
my
wednesday vessel...

i didn't get
a chance to post
yesterday...
it's
a thrift store find
with
some new yarn
from
shash.
thank you
so much shash!

so...
projects
tomorrow...
more felting
more belching...
and maybe
just maybe
some more
collages.

happy
almost
friday.
i am looking
forward
to
a weekend
of
sleeping in
and
this:

Morning and night research sounds exotic from this angle. I bet it makes you dream of bugs, too:)
Take care.

that first photo is great! i love it.

joe and i have been getting up every morning at 5:20 to go jogging. which means that if i'm not in bed by 9, i'm usually dead tired unless i go back to sleep. such a weird cycle it is.

I love your night time bug collecting shots, they are amazing! I would love to sit outside for croissants and fruits, enjoying tea in the sun. Have a lovely weekend!

I'd look forward to that weekend too, bugheart. That spread looks delightful... what a setting. And I love the idea of you collecting in the forest... it seems so far removed from my day to night processes that it has me completely enamoured.
take care, g
