on sundays,
when the weather
cools

to spend
my weekends
feeding
caterpillars,
grub and i
like to
take walks
around town...

of course
we have
to stop
at our
favorite
place
for lunch.

and then
zucchini
and
zucchini flower
pizza.



yum.

there's
a new
dessert place
across the street,
so of course
i have
to try
a cupcake.

grub always
gets
chocolate.



i prefer
vanilla.

hello cupcake

hello.

it's snowy here.
i hear it's
snowy
a lot of places.
but
they close
the university
here
when we
have an inch
of snow.
yes, laugh at us
minnesota
and chicago.
we are wimps.

too bad
i still have
to go and work.
because
i just
want
to stay in
and knit
and rewatch
the wire.

grub and i
have taken
to
saturday strolls
together.
this past
weekend
i talked him
into
visiting
hello cupcake
(he's not
a cupcake fan).



silly grub.
how could
you not
want to eat
something
so cute?



he says
they are messy.
but he is
still willing
to do
the
cupcake pose.



i have

projects
in the works.
