i thought of you out there. what a day!
u guys must have had a ball. I watch it all with an uplifted heart, only several hours after it happened.
I wish I could have taken physical part in the festivities. We (husband and I) sat and watched at home (in Denmark) It was so great! 2008 hasn't been great here either. I too hope for change this new year. And though Obama will have no immediate influence on my everyday I think he's right: Yes we can!
It's been great watching this on t.v. and reading it in the paper... thrilling.
It's truly a historical and beautiful moment in time!
Seeing this makes me smile. Yes we did. I still can't quite believe it.
